CONSPIRACY OR PRACTICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES

In my last Blog in this series, I covered some hair-raising aspects of the Australian Constitution, the recent failed First Nation Referendum and an independent You Tube psychic reader’s confirmation of possible corruption relating to the Government controlled First Nation’s people’s monies.
In this Blog my Spirit Friends had me deeply researching a series of links, seemingly unrelated, that began to blossom into a future picture of Australia that I am sure very few Australians would have voted for if given the chance.
MINING AND SUPER-CORPORATION MANIPULATION
Spirit Friends Oct 2023: If a document as important as a country’s Constitution can cause questions as to its coverage, then what guarantee is there that a document as important as Native Title wasn’t written with similar misleading clauses?
2nd Anomaly: This second area of Thought to ‘appear’ on my mind’s table came after I read stories of how a number of First Nation artefacts and sacred sites had been ‘accidentally’ damaged or destroyed by mining companies, with most claims still waiting for processing in the appropriate Courts.
In my research, I found it unclear if mining leases have more power than First Nation land holders especially in relation to Native Title legislation. On the surface it seems that Native Title legislation prevents mining on said land without approval by appropriate Land Councils. The difficulty I found was determining how easily Land Councils can be directly or indirectly influenced so that some small groups can over ride the wishes of the majority.
Spirit Friends Nov 2023: Had the recent Referendum been passed, the clash between miners and the First Nation’s people would have been the first matter raised in the newly appointed tribunal. This discussion would certainly have caused a clash as to rights and land ownership of all Australians and brought the Constitution anomalies to the public’s attention.
3rd Anomaly: And this lead me back to my Spirit Friend’s comment to Libby, in Blog 187:
“Mining companies and our Federal Governments have been pouring billions of dollars into a Federal Government run First Nation’s Benefits Account, little of which ever seems to gets to the Original people that truly need it. So where has it been going?”
It was this Thought that partially cleared up for me why the First Nation’s financial reserves were quickly being depleted. Mining companies have far more money for legal representation than local Land Councils. One court case, dragged on for years, could easily drain whatever resources these Land Councils may have at the expense of those First Nation’s people waiting for decent housing, amenities and general infrastructure upgrades.

The most blatant of manipulation is right there for all to see. The truth has never been easier to research, yet the lies and fabrications rule the lives of the majority of peoples of all nations.
4th Anomaly: This fourth Appearance on my ‘mind’s table’ showed how easily we, as a collective, are manipulated into accepting ‘news’, especially TV, radio, print and now social media, as a factual truth, when it isn’t.
In an on-line forum the Blogger reprimanded a commenter for linking to an Australia’s ABC News On Line story claiming it to be a left wing biased media outlet.
The fact is the ABC, like the British BBC, is Australian Government owned and independently run under a Parliamentary Charter. They, and Special Broadcasting Services or SBS, are the only media outlets ruled by a strict Parliamentary Charter involving all sides of our Parliament.
The current Chair of the ABC is Ida Buttrose, previous PM Scott Morrison’s Conservative Governments appointee and who is historically well known in the conservative media, including as Editor In Chief of Rupert Murdoch’s Daily/Sunday Telegraph.
Spirit Friends Nov 2023: The reporting of actual news has been contaminated so that paid opinion has become a news story and news stories have become slanted to the opinion of those paying for media air time. The true voice to the people has been stifled.
Lies and miss-truth far outstrip the reality. Fears of a false enemy shunts the gullible directly into the slave’s encampment of the super corporates’ making.
5th Anomaly: I had just finished watching a documentary on You Tube documentary/ ‘info-mercials’ appeared promoting road trains, staff-less train networks and the expansion of mining sites that inferred the future of Australian mining would employ far less workers as it moved to increasing automation.
At that same time, two significant matters were bought to my attention. The first related to a number of mining companies being accused of serious contamination around the Bathurst/Central Western NSW area and the other of how old villages and settlements in the northern Mudgee areas of NSW had become ghost towns as the coal mines slowly stripped away historic rural properties, some dating back to first European settlements.

6th Anomaly: This parody, ‘Dropped’ on the table in my mind, seemed to be indicating that the rural areas of NSW cities and towns, where I lived for more that forty years, were being stripped of its people.
Was this true for all of Australia?
Researching news reports and social media comments showed that yes this was happening, especially after the Covid epidemic and its variants put pressure on availability of employment in regional Australia.
Hospitals, medical and essential services centres have closed because of a lack of qualified medical personnel, local specialist as in dentistry and direct Government Agency access.
Other stories included poor to non existent communication network availability, especially as many services, such as boosters for wireless and satellite internet relied on mains power: Blackouts are very high during storms, when phones are most needed.
Mobile phone access generally is non existent in most areas away from a major town or city, especially low lying areas, such as creek and storm water crossings where it is claimed emergency services have not been contactable, and where there is more chance of people being trapped by fast rising creeks.
NOTE: Recently Australia’s Optus wireless broadband network crashed leaving callers without access to emergency services for more than 12 hours. The ACM Federal Government Authority’s claim that an emergency cross over between Optus and its competitor Telstra existed, has now been found to be untrue. An investigation is under way.
